How to break down huge ideas in order to implement district-wide — shrink the change!

 

In order to reinvent teaching we must also reinvent principals.

 

Focus on innovative strategies “Thinking out of the Box” to customize school redesign from the bottom up/top down.

 

The key to maintaining momentum in our system is to consistently & strategically plan for change; not approach it as a discrete task.

 

Our team was excited to see several thinking models that we can use in our work.
